• Polymer body have a better texture and have eliminated points where the plastic have fused together.
• Magazine catch design have improved.
• Points where BBs are inserted are better sealed.
• There is now an oblong shaped gap in the trigger box which will allow the user to adjust the position of sear if anything goes wrong.

The Desert Tech Stealth Recon Scout (SRS) system is a versatile sniper platform that enables quick change of barrel length and rail system length to fit your mission requirements. Utilizing a bullpup design makes the system nearly a foot shorter than its equivalent barrel length competitors, while maintaining concealability and maneuverability without the sacrifice of accuracy. The SRS Covert compresses the package even smaller, at the overall length of 26inch, it maintains the lethalness of a full sized bolt action rifle in the profile of a submachine gun.

The Silverback SRS series comes in three barrel lengths:

1. SRS A1- Long version would have a 26-inch barrel and a three chamber muzzle break; full length quad rail system;
2. SRS A1- Standard version will have a 22-inch barrel, 14mm CCW threaded and a single chamber muzzle break; full length quad rail system;
3. SRS Covert comes with a 16-inch barrel, 14mm CCW threaded barrel with no muzzle break; short quad rail system.

The Silverback SRS series comes with a 6.05 AEG type precision inner barrel and is equipped with the innovative two sided hopup adjustment system that utilizes normal AEG type hopup buckings, enabling precise hopup adjustment. On the chassis also includes an adjustable cheek rise and a quick adjustable butt pad system. There are two variants as their first version has a push bolt action. They've also got a pull bolt version for those that are used to the standard method of bolt action in Airsoft.
